    Truly Blessed Media, LLC partners with Printify for order fulfillment and shipping. All our products are made to order and shipped directly from Printify’s network of production partners.     PROCESSING TIME

    • Orders are processed within 2–7 business days.
    • Processing time includes order verification, production, quality check, and packaging.
    • Once production is complete, the item is handed over to the carrier for shipping.

    SHIPPING TIMES

    Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Below are average timeframes:

    • United States: 5–10 business days.
    • Canada: 7–14 business days.
    • International: 10–30 business days.

    Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


    SHIPPING COSTS

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the product weight/dimensions. Any applicable taxes or duties for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.


    ORDER TRACKING

    MULTIPLE ITEMS IN AN ORDER

    If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This is because items may be produced by different Printify partners, depending on availability and location. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.


    INCORRECT ADDRESS

    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, we are not liable for lost or undeliverable shipments. If the package is returned to the sender, you may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.


    DAMAGED, LOST, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

    • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@tbmstores.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item (if applicable) and your order details for resolution.
    • Replacement items will be provided if the issue is verified.
